What counts as a "task"? ▾

A task is any discrete unit of work completed by an agent — answering a customer email, generating a report, scanning a webpage, executing a workflow step. Complex multi-step operations are broken into individual tasks.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time? ▾

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.

What happens if I go over my task limit? ▾

We'll notify you at 80% and 100% of your limit. Overages are billed at $0.015 per task on Pilot, $0.008 per task on Commander. You can also set hard limits that pause agents instead of incurring overages.

Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits? ▾

Yes — we offer 40% off Pilot plans for qualifying early-stage startups and registered nonprofits. Contact us with your details and we'll get you set up within 24 hours.
