General Style & Look
Our photos should communicate a bright, clean, and inviting atmosphere that accurately represents the property. Consistency is key.
- Exposure & Tone: Natural, evenly balanced, and never over-processed.
- Colors: Neutral and true-to-life. Avoid overly warm, cool, or magenta tones.
- Vibe: Modern, professional, and welcoming—images should feel fresh, not stylized.
Editing Checklist
Please review and apply each requirement to all images:
1. Exposure & Color Balance
- Whites must be white—not warm, cool, or tinted.
- Correct exposure throughout the frame; avoid clipped highlights or muddy shadows.
- Desaturate any areas meant to be white (ceilings, trim, cupboards, etc.) to remove unwanted color.
- Remove color casts caused by mixed lighting (e.g., daylight + tungsten).
- Maintain neutral, realistic tones across all images.
3. Object Treatments
- TV Screens: Replace with a clean black screen.
- Fireplaces: Add a realistic fire effect if the fireplace is present.
4. Lawn & Exterior Work
- Replace patchy or dead grass with a uniform, green lawn.
- Enhance sky if necessary (blue skies preferred unless otherwise noted).
5. Final Quality Check
- Ensure all images look consistent across the full set.
- Compare against provided reference photos before delivery.
