Acceptance

NICE SPACESHIP makes two products: the shipyard game at nicespaceship.com, with its apps, and NICE at nicespaceship.ai. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.

The shipyard game

The game

The shipyard is a game about building spaceships, crewing them with robots, and flying them on trips. You can play it free, with or without an account.

Credits and items

Credits, data, spaceships, parts, robots, and everything else in the game are earned by playing. They have no cash value, and you can't buy them, or sell or trade them for money. We may change the game, including its prices and its balance, and we may remove anything gained through a bug or by cheating.

Your account and save

You can play the game at any age without an account. To make an account, you need to be 13 or older, or older still if the law where you live sets a higher age.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. We work to keep your save safe, but we can't promise it against every loss. A yard kept only in your browser lasts as long as your browser keeps its data for the site.

Fair play

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with saves or our servers, overwhelm the game with automated requests, or try to reach other players' accounts or data.

Sharing spaceships

A link you share shows the spaceship design it describes to anyone who opens it. It carries no credits or parts, and no part of your account.

NICE

The service

NICE SPACESHIP provides an AI agent workflow platform. You can browse blueprints, deploy AI agents, and run missions. The service requires an internet connection for LLM-powered features.

Accounts

You can browse without an account. To deploy agents and run missions, you need to sign in via Google OAuth or email/password. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

Free tier

The free tier includes unlimited access to Gemini Flash (free AI model), 100K tokens for premium models, and 6 agent slots. The free tier may change, but we'll give notice.

Paid services

Token packages and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page. Tokens do not expire. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime.

Refunds

Token packages are non-refundable once purchased. Subscription fees are refundable within the first 7 days if you haven't used premium features. Email [email protected] for refund requests.

AI-generated content

Content generated by AI agents through NICE is your content. You own it. NICE does not claim any rights to outputs generated by your agents. However, AI-generated content may be inaccurate — you're responsible for reviewing it before use.

Acceptable use

Don't use NICE to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Overwhelm the service with automated requests (rate limits apply)
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Resell API access without permission

Open source

The NICE platform code is MIT licensed. You can self-host, modify, and distribute it. The hosted service (nicespaceship.ai) and the Blueprint Database are operated by NICE SPACESHIP.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on third-party providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, LLM APIs) that may experience outages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
